Job description

Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM Infrastructure is currently recruiting for a 4D Modeler to join our Digital Project Solutions team. Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery & Digital Engineering within a matrix structure, the role will be responsible for producing and developing high‑quality 4D planning outputs that integrate construction sequencing with the federated 3D model. The 4D Modeler will create detailed simulations, programme‑linked visualisations, and construction rehearsals that support safe, efficient, and predictable project delivery. Working closely with planners, engineers, and wider project teams, the role will ensure the accuracy, clarity, and technical robustness of 4D models, supporting both tender-stage methodologies and live project planning. Your team: - This role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel to Scotland (typically up to twice per month).
