Amentum is seeking a mid-level industrial Lock Out-Tag Out Technician IV to join our facility operations & maintenance team in Waterloo, IA! This position is responsible for performing as a subject matter expert in establishing Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and guidance. Meets with the client to understand, set, and meet client goals. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Essential Functions: - Understand and perform all aspects of Lock Out-Tag Out in providing world-class services to the client. - Perform and thrive in a team environment. - Identify all energy sources for machines and equipment and develop step‐by‐step procedures for safe shut‐down. - Interface with customer, maintenance, health and safety and operators to gather information about their equipment. - Develop and maintain written procedures, files, placards, and annual verifications for multiple buildings on an industrial campus. - Prioritize work order requests for new/modified LOTO placards while maintaining constant customer and management communication to ensure needs are met. - Audit and document facilities equipment and tests on an annual schedule to ensure consistency and compliance with...
