Claydon High School is seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Development and CEIAG Administrator to join their team. This pivotal role will support the delivery of careers education, work experience, alternative provision, and wider personal development across the school. You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school’s personal development provision. This includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics, supporting events, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will work closely with the Head of LIFE Faculty and CEIAG Lead, as well as liaising with staff, students, parents/carers, employers and external agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy school environment and making a meaningful contribution to students’ future pathways.
