“In compliance with Law 68/99, priority will be given to applications from individuals belonging to the Protected Categories.” Responsibilities: Nel rispetto della Legge 68/99, verrà data priorità alle candidature provenienti da persone appartenenti alle Categorie Protette. - Preparation of training documentation as required, including trainees files with all relevant forms in reference to the indicated courses. - Ensure timely production of course documentations, including company specific documents/forms if required - Administer course pre-requisites for all clients - Maintenance of clients records as per manual requirements - Knowledge and follow up all training guidelines being informed about Manual and PROCESS Manual contents. - Control of instructors, keeping files update with all relevant documents required to exercise their privileges as instructor/examiner. - Maintain Instructors records in Gemini/STARS (or relevant system). - Check and review training records ensuring the adequate completion by instructors/ examiners - Issue training completion certificates as needed, related to the indicated course and considering the special indications or procedures stated for each cus...
