Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE: Identifies and advises the company regarding legal risk arising from the activities of the organization. Provides advice and guidance to company management concerning regulatory compliance, policies, practices, procedures, and contractual terms and conditions on such matters. Assists in overseeing implementation of company standards regarding organizational activity. Manages legal department administrative staff and the activities of such, to ensure department objectives are met. STEP INTO THE ROLE: - Assists with ensuring that company practices, policies and procedures comply with all corporate regulatory requirements. - Advises management on legal matters by providing advice on management and contractual issues, conducting research into special topics, and reviewing and advising on contractual or business agreements, as necessary.
