Location New York, New York Shift: Day (United States of America) Description: Patient Safety Is Our Priority Diversion Investigator: The Diversion Investigator plays a critical role in safeguarding NewYork-Presbyterian’s people, assets, and organizational integrity by leading comprehensive, enterprise-wide investigations into insider threats and the diversion of NYP property and goods, including controlled substances regulated under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). This role drives complex investigative efforts through meticulous research, in-depth interviews, data analysis, and CCTV review, while working in close partnership with Human Resources, the Office of Legal Affairs, Security, Pharmacy, and a broad network of internal and external stakeholders. The Investigator synthesizes findings into clear, actionable insights, effectively communicating both investigative outcomes and proactive prevention strategies to leadership to strengthen enterprise risk mitigation and organizational resilience.
