Description and Responsibilities Open Sky Career Services is a wrap-around service model which provides active participation in high level collaboration, coordination and communication with all partners that serve individuals receiving supports through Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES). Our goal is to ensure that all resources are leveraged so that all adults with disabilities can maximize their economic self-sufficiency through creating and reaching their employment objectives. Career Counselors follow the guidelines and components of the Competitive Integrated Employment Services model to support individuals in stabilizing their employment and reach successful employment outcomes. They also assist individuals with integrated employment opportunities specific to individuals in their Career Plan based on their interests, skills, abilities, and needs.
