General Job Description: The Senior Project Manager is expected to develop and maintain a client base, manage Electrical sales, and manage the field labor needs for each project in conjunction with field leadership. The Senior Project Manager will use judgement and discretion in representing the company. He/she is expected to show a high level of commitment and involvement with his/her work and the company’s business. Acts as a mentor to: Project Engineers and Project Coordinators Supervises: None: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Project Management Understand financial aspects of the job Build and manage relationships with internal and external customers Effective communication with internal and external customers Utilize internal resources to fullest extent fullest extent necessary to meet the customer requirements.
