UNM Medical Group is seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our School Based Health Clinic. This is a full-time opportunity located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Minimum $85,781 - Midpoint $109,305*: *Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience. *Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Summary: In collaboration with leadership, manages and coordinates the establishment and support of programs and/or projects of significance to the operation and administration of the unit. Provides and/or coordinates program/project planning and evaluation, ensuring that developing and existing programs are effective and in conformance with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Participates in strategic planning as appropriate, and supports, represents, and deputizes for the director of the component in programmatic and project interactions with various internal and external constituencies, as appropriate.
