Description Title: Production Team Lead: Department(s): Warehouse Gate Shop: Reports to: Production Supervisor: Job Summary: Oversee daily routine activities performed by the Assemblers, Press Operators and Routers departments on the warehouse, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Essential job functions: - Coordinate assembly activities for each shift to meet the day-to-day production - Coordinate the amount of material needed from the press area to meet the day-to-day production - Coordinate the work orders for the routers operators to meet the day-to-day production. - Review orders and consulting with Management to resolve production problems. - Coordinate movement of products/ materials from departments as needed. - Verify material identification and condition as produced. - Arrange for excess stock to be stored in warehouse and handles daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments. - Ensure quality checks and safety goals for all departments.
