Job description

Overview Independently performs programming and analysis functions to assist in the development and implementation of new systems, the revision of existing systems, and in support of special projects. Responsibilities: - Provides support for the analysis, design and development for technology programs of moderate complexity and scope from relatively discreet requirements. - Defines problems, collects data, and establishes facts. Determines conclusions and solutions with minimal assistance. - Presents information effectively in small and medium group settings (informal presentations). - Manage single-person projects from inception through completion including developing, testing, executing, and monitoring work plans. - Independently manages own workload.
