Description What We’re Looking For: Travelpro is seeking an E-Commerce Platform & Operations Lead to support the day-to-day management and optimization of our Shopify e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring site performance, operational stability, and execution of e-commerce initiatives that drive revenue, conversion, and overall customer experience. What You’ll Do: In this role, you will support the operation, optimization, and technical coordination of Travelpro’s e-commerce websites while partnering cross-functionally to drive performance and execution. - Support day-to-day management of Shopify e-commerce sites, including product launches, promotions, site updates, and merchandising execution. - Assist with Shopify platform configuration, content updates, app management, and front-end enhancements - Coordinate with internal and external development teams to support site enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and test releases. - Perform site testing and quality assurance across key customer journeys including navigation, checkout, and promotions - Identify and help resolve technical issues related to site functionality, integrations, tracking, and performance -...
