Saint Joseph Health System is implementing a new nurse staffing program, FirstChoice, which creates an internal, regional nurse staffing pool and will complement our existing staffing programs. Registered Nurses, Travel RNs - PT, Flex, Assignments FirstChoice of Indiana/Illinois is utilized to fill immediate, short-term nursing positions to support the needs of SJHS. This program allows us to have our own nurses fill gaps in staffing. FirstChoice nurses will not replace or take away hours from our internal Nursing Resource Pools.
