Join our Compute team!: The Akamai Compute Operations Center monitors, troubleshoots and maintains Akamai's deployed Compute infrastructure in a 24/7 environment. Our Operations Center enables Akamai's cloud infrastructure to deliver content and applications, regardless of network traffic. Partner with the best: You will be part of a 24/7 Operations Center responsible for monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, break/fix, and the ongoing maintenance of Akamai's cloud infrastructure. You will be dedicated to providing a better customer experience by quickly detecting issues and mitigating problems. Shift Pattern: Hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (10-hour shift) Rotation: 4 days on / 4 days off continuous rotation, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
