Your role Our Chambers Band 1 Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice is expanding and we are recruiting a high-calibre Senior Associate to join our Brisbane team. This is a fantastic role for somebody looking to work in a collaborative and high performing environment, advising on the most complex and largest deals in the market. Our Mergers & Acquisitions / M&A and Capital Markets (MAC) Team is an integral part of the Allens broader Corporate Practice Group. We are pleased to have played a crucial role in the largest and most complex deals in Australia's corporate history. With an emphasis on quality, innovation and timeliness, we deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to continue and/or deepen their practice in the energy, resources and critical minerals sectors, while maintaining a broad M&A capability.
