Description Klarus Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. We are looking for full time, part time or PRN RNs who are passionate about providing quality home health care to our community-based patients in Granbury, Weatherford, TX and the surrounding areas.
