Philanthropic Services Specialist

Job description

The Philanthropic Services Specialist provides analytical and operational support to three foundations within the health system. This role will work closely with the managed services vendor, Cause & Solution to ensure donations are appropriately applied to the various funds and donors receive appropriate credit for their contributions. This role ensures consistency and accuracy in data, gift processing, and reporting across the system. Experience: 3 years professional experience in fundraising, sales, constituent relationship management Education: Bachelor's Degree - Database Management & Vendor Coordination - Serve as the primary liaison between foundation teams and Cause & Solution for data-related needs including gift entry, list management, and reporting. - Monitor data integrity across foundations by reviewing updates, identifying inconsistencies, and escalating issues to the Manager or vendor as needed. - Assist in implementing and maintaining database policies and procedures that promote consistency and transparency across all foundations. - Support data enrichment efforts such as contact updates, screenings, and employer information in coordination with the Manager and vend...
