Spa Housekeeper Position Overview: The primary objective of the Spa Housekeeper is to ensure the overall cleanliness and pristine condition of Bayside Spa and Paseo Fitness. This role is foundational to a successful guest experience, requiring a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining exemplary service standards in a clean, welcoming space. General Duties & Responsibilities: - Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor/outdoor pools and whirlpools, including vacuuming and water level management. - Par Level Management: Proactively monitor and restock inventory to maintain par levels for robes, towels, bottled water, and locker room supplies. - Fitness Center Organization: Ensure the fitness center remains organized and in pristine condition for guest use. - Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent inspections of locker rooms, pool areas, and the fitness center to ensure a flawless environment. - Sanitation Logistics: Efficiently collect and transport used linens and equipment to designated cleaning areas. - Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries with professional poise.
