Sr Echo Tech - Part Time - Northern Virginia - ( 250001YV ) Description Position Location : This position will be located between the following locations: Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, and Loudon Counties Hours: 3 days a week, 8 hours a day, flexible schedule Sign on Bonus Eligible: $5,000: The Sr. Echocardiography Technologist will perform a variety of technical and research responsibilities related to the Cardiology Echo Laboratory. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Vocational Education High School diploma, Graduate of an approved school of Echocardiography. (Required) Minimum Work Experience: 3 years- Prior cardiology experience or equivalent combination of training and experience. (Preferred) 1 year - Full time dedicated pediatric experience in an echo laboratory directed by a board certified pediatric cardiologist. (Required) Fetal Echo Experience - (Preferred): Required Skills/Knowledge: Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical/Cardiac Sonography (ARDMS), Registered in Pediatrics, or Registered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer Show respect and sensitivity Demonstrate patience and self-contro...
