Job Description: Are you ready to stand at the intersection of Aircraft Control Design and high-fidelity Simulation? Join the Aircraft Control Modelling & Simulation and V&V team within the Airbus Design Office. We are a transversal team whose mission is to develop, support, and validate the model & simulation applications used to design Flight Control Systems across all Airbus programs and also to perform V&V activities. As Modelling & simulation engineer, you will contribute to the development of high-fidelity simulation environments that allow our engineers to develop, test, and certify Flight Control Systems. Supported by the team, your main mission will be to: On your perimeter, capture model & simulation needs evolutions from Flight Control Designers (Handling Qualities, Control Laws, and System) but also from Test teams and other Model teams Develop/update/validate A/C control models as per process Manage models integration & validation on the simulation platforms as per process Provide support to users and training necessary for their empowerment Ensure and enhance representativity of Model & Simulation Platforms versus test needs Participate actively to improvements/innova...
