WHAT YOU GET TO DO (Essential Functions): PROJECT MANAGEMENT PEOPLE: SAFETY: RISK: - Manage the design coordination, procurement, and installation of special systems from inception through close-out, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation of BAS/BMS, EPMS, DAS, Security, Telecom, Fire Alarm and the interfaces that occur with the other MEP/FP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems). - System Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of security, life safety, and, in some contexts, specialized monitoring systems to ensure they meet performance standards. - Vendor and Stakeholder Management:...
