The Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) is crucial to achieving our mission. The CSR builds relationships with customers to access workforce services within the Career Centers and through referrals to our community partners. The Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program is a federally funded initiative designed to help unemployment insurance (UI) claimants return to work more quickly. This position plays a key role by providing one-on-one personalized career and reemployment services, including conducting eligibility assessments; helping claimants develop individualized reemployment plans, based on their goals, labor market information and job readiness; provide job search assistance including resume development, interview preparation, and job matching/referrals. The CSR position will also refer claimants to training, educations, or supportive services as appropriate & track participants progress and ensure compliance with RESEA program compliance.
