Job Description: Manage and operate plant equipment to deliver finished goods according to demand and scheduling requirements. Accurately weigh, charge, and record raw material usage, ensuring proper identification and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation. Label, pack, and package final products as directed by batch sheets. Organize and submit QC samples and associated documentation to the laboratory. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and adherence to all Quality Assurance Procedures (QAPs) and Job Instruction Sheets (JISs). Organize and coordinate work teams, providing effective leadership and supervision to meet production targets. Assist the Factory/Site Manager with production planning tasks.
