Description Position Summary: As a Detail Tech at L&S, you will work alongside tri-trade, industry experts to ensure the successful completion of all installations. More specifically, you will support area managers by assisting multiple assigned superintendents in preparing houses for stage completion for each trade as applicable. Most importantly, as a Detail Tech you will be responsible for completing assigned punch items that will ensure each stage is ready to pass formal inspections. The ideal candidate would be experienced in the trades, driven, deadline oriented, and will have a strong desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced industry. Key Responsibilities: - Assist assigned area manager in preparing trade stage completion for multiple superintendents in assigned region(s). - Transport materials to job sites across multiple areas. - Complete punch list tasks and repairs as assigned by area manager - Assist superintendents in ensuring sub crews have completed any assigned punch items well and on-time. - Assist trainees in troubleshooting issues that might be beyond a trainee’s level of expertise and solve issues accordingly and in collaboration with superintendent. - As needed...
