Job description

Key duties and responsibilities fall under categories outlined below. This position will also carry out other duties as required by the evolving nature of responding to youth prevention needs in the city of Boston. All positions at BPHC shall work to help BPHC become an antiracist organization by meeting or exceeding the standards set by the BPHC Anti-Racism Policy. Technical Assistance: - Co-deliver training on substance use, harm reduction, and restorative prevention to youth and youth-partnering organizations around the community - With the Youth Prevention team, review existing training content, and adapt or enhance to ensure topics and content is up-to-date and relevant - Provide assistance to community partners implementing a coping skills campaign - Help build capacity of youth serving organizations and youth-serving providers through substance use trainings & resources Community Engagement: - Build relationships and rapport with community-based youth-serving organizations & schools. - Represent the Youth Prevention Program at tabling events, resource fairs, and other outreach opportunities. - Serve as an additional point of contact for the Youth Prevention Advisory Board (Y...
