Job Description: Create the layout, flow, and capacity required to sustain safe and accurate access to inventory required to support High Bridge Operations. Lead and develop a warehouse team including shipping, receiving, materials monitoring, and control. Create and support seamless collaboration across the materials and operations teams. Create an unwavering culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be part of the High Bridge HVHP Operations team, collaborating across all functional areas that support manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored - Implement and enforce First In First Out (FIFO) inventory management practices to ensure that the oldest stock is issued before newer inventory - Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure newly received items are stored in designated loc...
