Job Details Patient Access Supervisor (Full Time - Evenings) Torresdale Campus Hours: 3pm - 11:30pm: Every Other Weekend Required Schedule: Week 1: Sun., Mon., Wed., Thurs., Fri. Week 2: Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri., Sat. Job Description: Oversees the daily registration functions within Patient Access’s scope of work. Ensures the operational unit is staff appropriately. Promotes a positive patient experience for patients and families. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills when interacting with staff, patients, families, and leadership. Supervises efficient and compliant registration processes ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements including adherence to departmental and institutional protocols. Prioritizes responsibilities to complete daily work requirements, resolves departmental and patient problems as needed and monitors key performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.
