Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Head of Sales Operations in the Group Sales Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry. Summary: The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales operations management across EU, UK and selected overseas markets, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, healthy inventory management, robust sales governance and effective business performance tracking. This role will play a key part in supporting commercial growth through sales policy development, operational optimisation and data-driven business insights. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and regional stakeholders, the successful candidate will help drive operational excellence and support the achievement of sales targets across international markets.
