Shure is looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer who is passionate about sustainability and ready to shape how our products show up in the world. In this role, you’ll drive the creation of innovative, eco‑friendly packaging solutions that protect our legendary microphones, headphones, and audio systems - while reducing environmental impact at every step. You’ll collaborate across product development, marketing, manufacturing, and global suppliers to bring packaging concepts from idea → prototype → production. Your work will directly influence customer experience, brand perception, and Shure’s long‑term sustainability goals. This hybrid role is based at our Niles, IL headquarters Responsibilities: - Own all aspects of packaging engineering including but not limited to - innovation, development, specifications, trials, and go-to-market activities. - Create fully defined 3D models and associated 2D documentation using CAD software (Siemens NX and ArtiosCAD) - Work directly with packaging suppliers to develop packaging components and manage materials lead-times. - Lead efforts to reduce the environmental impact of Shure...
