Description Currently hiring a Groundkeeper for our apartment community, Trombley Lodge. Duties: - Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements - Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas - Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris - Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed - Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management - Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements: - At least 12 months of onsite experience - Should have knowledge of painting - Basic makeready skills - Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units - Knowledge of appliances - Able to frequently stand; walk for extended periods of time; push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance. - Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
