We partner cross-functionally to enable the firm to successfully execute key strategic initiatives, to problem solve for complex objectives, and to provide expertise and resourcing for program/project management and process assessment/improvement. This individual will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic and operational initiatives across the firm and will champion process improvement practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement and performance measurement.
