It's more than a career, it's a calling WI-St. Agnes Hospital Worker Type: PRN Job Highlights: Job Summary: Transports materials, supplies, documents, records, medications, lab tests, equipment, etc. on assigned routes and to locations within the assigned route. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. - Performs daily route to include pickup and delivery service of supplies, lab specimens, pharmaceuticals, equipment, clean linen, mail, etc. to assigned locations on assigned routes. - Inspects assigned vehicle and engine visually. Ensures daily and monthly vehicle maintenance is performed to include oil maintenance, water, washer fluid and ensures tires are in good condition. Proactively reports any problems with the vehicle to management. - Maintains a clean work environment by ensuring vehicles are washed on a regular basis and the work area is kept in a safe, clean and orderly condition. - Communicates with supervisor and/or dispatcher if problems or delays are incurred while on the route.
