PSU takes administrative action against healthcare practitioners for violations of the licensee’s practice act. Your Specific Responsibilities: - Timely prepares complex disciplinary cases for 3-5 professions for review by Probable Cause Panel (PCP) and/or Board members. Preparation includes, but is not limited to, independently reviewing a high volume of complex disciplinary cases for completeness, correct contents, and order of materials. Utilizes iBuilder, Axiom Pro, and/or Adobe, to facilitate building agendas. Utilizes flash drives and/or CDs for the transmittal of x-rays, audio, video and/or any materials that cannot be uploaded into iBuilder. Prepares and submits public book materials to Board...
