Flexible hours Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Spring: Pay Rate: 7.25: Job Description: The Athletics Fan Engagement Student Employee position is designed to introduce undergraduate/graduate students to the field of sports marketing by providing hands-on experience in the areas of marketing, fan engagement, and promotion of Baylor’s NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics programs. During the course of the program, the student will develop and improve competencies in leadership, customer service, teamwork, multitasking, and time management. Compensation is standardized and commensurate with responsibilities and performance.
