Execution Planning Manager

Job description

Execution Planning Manager has the responsibility to lead the creation of an execution plan during a proposal period, which is the period of time prior to being awarded a project. Once the project has been awarded, the Execution Planning Manager is responsible for leading the enhancement of the execution plan and aligning it with the project schedule during the life cycle of the project. The Execution Planning Manager will use Zachry’s Project Execution Planning Process (ZPEPP®) to ensure proper project planning and execution including the implementation of the AWP process. The expectation is that at some point this person will follow one of the assigned projects to the field in a leadership capacity on that project (such as a General Field Superintendent or AWP Manager). Develop the skill set and assist in career development of the Execution Planning Coordinator(s) who are under your supervision.
