Data Analyst

Job description

The Data Analyst will help teams and leaders make strategic decisions utilizing internal and external data. This role will support our Store Analytics (Operations and Finance), Menu and Tech teams. This individual serves as a consultant to their functional departments, understanding their key business problems and using data to accomplish their OKRs and improve business performance. This is a growing department, and the position will also support team initiatives to drive a data-informed company culture and mindset. Responsibilities: Understands both the short-term goals and long-term strategy of their assigned department. Supports their assigned department to accomplish their OKRs through data requests, data visualization, process improvements, and impact measurement, etc. Uses the team’s standard methodology of data collection, reporting, etc. Interprets and analyzes results using statistical techniques Provides ongoing reports and maintains existing dashboards Identifies and interprets trends/patterns in complex data sets Clearly defines problems, conducts analyses using the correct methodologies in order to answer the “key question” to those stated problems or strategies and pr...
