Job title - Fragrance Development Manager – Laundry Segment Innovation (79942) Location – Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland: Join us as a Fragrance Development Manager in our Home Strategic Segment Unit and become a pivotal force in fragrance innovation for laundry products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape category strategy, expertise, and fundamental capabilities. Work closely with category leader, perfumers, strategic marketing and CI partners to develop transformative fragrance prototypes aligned with segment innovation strategies and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology collections. Key Responsibilities: - Creation : Spearhead the development of fragrance prototypes, supporting the proof of concepts for innovation projects, in line with segment strategy.
