Position Overview: This is a management position requiring the employee to supervise and coordinate the activities of the Grading Crew. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) · Coordinating, planning, and supervising grading crews to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. · Operating equipment to perform rough grade, finish grade, slope work and other excavating operations. · Inspect equipment prior to use and at the end of the shift. · Inform the Superintendent of all construction needs (material, equipment, and staffing) promptly to avoid delays. · Complete all paperwork in a timely manner. · Inspect all grading work throughout the construction process to ensu...
