Job DetailsJob Location: Ann Arbor MI - Ann Arbor, MI 48108Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 2 Year DegreeSalary Range: $22.50 HourlyJob Shift: NightJob Category: Health CareSummary In alignment with Gift of Life Michigan’s core purpose and core values, the Donor Operations Specialists answer and triage inbound calls to the Donor Operations Center, addressing outbound calls for the purpose of tissue donor evaluation, communication with tissue partners, ME’s and funeral homes, evaluation of medical records, and donor logistics. Additional activities include data entry, assistance with various reports, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities. Communicate with donor hospitals, organ teams, funeral homes, medical examiners, and other stakeholders to evaluate, investigate, and advance donor opportunities.
