About the Role: We are seeking a Director of Capital Markets, reporting to the EVP of Finance, responsible for owning the company's capital planning strategy, long-range financial modeling, and capital markets and private credit relationships. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of capital markets, infrastructure finance, and executive strategy, and is central to TensorWave's ability to grow at the pace the AI infrastructure market demands. The Director of Capital Markets will serve as the internal architect of our capital planning function, building the frameworks, models, and lender relationships that enable large-scale infrastructure deployment.
