Company : Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd Location : South East-GBR Country : United Kingdom (GB) Brand : Vaillant Contract type : Permanent Working time : Full-time What we achieve together: - Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out Servicing and Repairs on Vaillant Group brand products. - This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs. - Providing Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity. - Working towards KPI’s to support our Sales Department. - Following procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives. - All activities above will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and training department. What makes us successful together: - The successful candidate will hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live locally to the area. - Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. - A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and have effective communications and IT skills. - An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded. - T...
