Restoration Manager

Position Overview This position is responsible for managing field restoration personnel. Additionally this position is responsible for reviewing and approving time entries for their team that impact job costs and billing, as well as assigned personnel time off requests. As needed you may be called to oversee large losses that require additional management and supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, employees and insurance companies - Coordinate and manage multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects of various complexities - Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others - Meet with estimators and project managers regularly to ensure accuracy of all work being performed and regular contact with customers is maintained - Visit job sites as necessary to ensure quality - Schedule daily work orders submitted from the estimators and project managers for restoration, contents and light rebuilds per staff capability. - Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget - Ensure all work crews are appropriately uniformed - Meet with municipal...
