Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-focused Intern to join our Medical Records Team! NWSH provides paid internship opportunities for high school and college-age students looking to garner medical industry experience while pursuing educational endeavors. The Intern is responsible for supporting various projects throughout the hospital facility. Projects often include data collection, review, and aggregation. The emphasis of this program is to provide fundamental professional development to enhance your knowledge and expertise. Communication, support, public interfacing, flexibility and adapting to changing work environments are all part of the internship learning process. Position is seasonal in nature (non-benefitted), not to exceed five months.
