Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family-centred care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice, including Indigenous cultural safety, cultural humility and antiracism principles, and the established vision and values of the organization, the Practice Leader Disciplines Allied to Social Work (DASW) works in a team-based environment and is charged with overseeing practice in the designated area. Duties include supporting staff with their practice and participating in planning and coordinating practice standards, goals and objectives in conjunction with designated management and other team members and collaborating on various staffing and quality control issues. Works in partnership with clinical operations leadership, Regional Clinical Education, and Quality and Safety and other partners. Provides leadership, direction and guidance on areas related to research, practice updates/changes and education, as well as working in collaboration with operations on DASW service design or redesign.
