Terms of Employment: 10-month Exemption Status: Non-Exempt: Temporary Position: $16.00 per hour EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to relate well to students, colleagues, and parents. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work professionally and discretely with confidential information. - Demonstrate knowledge of curriculum, instruction, staff development, and assessment process. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Directs, plans, provides, and evaluates student-learning experiences. - Delivers evidence-based and research-based interventions to identified students. - Develops, selects, and modifies instructional plans and materials as needed. - Monitor and evaluate student outcomes. - Communicates and interacts with students, parents, staff, and community. - Provides an atmosphere and environment conducive to the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of children. - Strives to maintain and improve professional competence. - Maintains appropriate records and data collection. - Follows required procedures and practices. - Monitors appropriate use and care of equipment, materials, and facili...
