Digital Operations & AI Program Manager

At Interactive Strategies, we believe AI is about to fundamentally change how nonprofits and associations create impact, and we're helping lead that shift. We work with some of the country's most recognized mission-driven organizations to put AI to work in ways that are practical, responsible, and real. We're looking for a Digital Operations & AI Program Manager to help us implement, scale, and deliver on the AI innovation already underway. This is a first-of-its-kind role at the agency, one that sits at the intersection of operational excellence and AI innovation. You'll work with our AI innovation team – comprised of strategists, designers, marketers and technologists – to help shape how we adopt and scale AI across the organization and for our clients. You’ll also help keep people, projects, and platforms running smoothly.
