Sanitation Manager Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Sanitation Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve on sanitation programs, policies and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the facility. You will... - Develop and implement strategic sanitation programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that sanitary performance meets Factor standards as well as supports Food Safety requirements and regulatory compliance - Maintain and write detailed procedures and SOPs for all plant equipment - Maintain and update master cleaning schedule for plant according to GMP and Factor guidelines - Manage sanitation chemical supply and inventory - Build and maintain relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments within HelloFresh - Effectively engage, coach, motivate and lead the sanitation team for career progression and development - Participate in audits, facility inspections and coordinate pre-operational inspection with QA Management - Develop and implement all sanitation related training for sanitation and plant employees as needed - Ensure all safety requirements related to sanitation are met including proper chemical...
