Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation: Overview: Physical Therapist (PT)- Flexible/PRN - Salt Lake City, UT- Rehab Without Walls Neurorehabilitation Who we are looking for: - A PT experienced in adult neuro-rehab, seeking a PRN role of 15-20 hrs; 3 days per week - Provide functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the community - Treat your client beyond a staged environment into real life experiences like cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the workplace - You thrive in an autonomous setting, and value being a part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists What you will receive: - Flexible Schedule Created by You - Paid per hour (not just per visit) - In-Person, 1:1 therapy with indirect services from home (documentation/communication) - Continuity of Care as the Primary Therapist from Eval to Discharge - Team collaboration & Co-Treats - Drive Time + Mileage Reimbursement - No weekend shifts - Educational Program Access - Growth/Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities: What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: - Perform evaluations and...
