Responsible for developing a well-thought-out documentation plan with the close-out information being collected throughout all of the project phases. - Supervision of all on site commissioning activities as appropriate including P&ID checking (system check/walk-down/punching), mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, cold commissioning (dry/wet), hot commissioning. - Supports pre-start up safety review with client and construction contractor (and PMC and licensor as appropriate) - Supervises start-up, and ensuring full punchlist handover to operations for performance testing and post-commissioning - Supervises commissioning...
