Description Job Summary : As a lead accountant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls of the company. Your role involves ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the general ledger and underlying financial records, leading and performing month-end close activities including the preparation and review of complex general ledger reconciliations and journal entries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and providing financial insights to management.
